We’re not here to hand you a generic program and hope it works.
Our job is to understand your body, your history, and your goals, then build a plan that fits you. That starts with a better assessment.
The Functional Range Assessment (FRA®) looks at you joint by joint. It shows us where you have motion, where you don’t, and where control breaks down. From there, we stop guessing and start programming.
The point is simple: find the real limiters early, so your training actually moves the needle. You start where you are, we build capacity where you need it, and you leave with a plan that matches your body.
KINSTRETCH
Most of our work happens in 1:1 personal training, and for good reason-it’s the fastest way to tailor the plan to the person.
But group training has its place too.
KINSTRETCH is where you build mobility the way we actually train it: controlled, joint-specific work that improves range of motion and the strength to use it. You’ll push your current limits, learn better positions, and leave with joints that feel more capable, not just “looser.”
You’ll do it alongside people who care about the same thing: moving better, getting stronger at end range, and staying in the game.

Motive Mobility is the online home base for how we train-mobility work, KINSTRETCH, movement education, and the tools to help you feel better in your body long-term.
This is where our philosophy goes digital. You’ll find weekly, instructor-led KINSTRETCH Online classes that follow the same structure and intent as what we coach in person.
You’ll also get access to Mobility Blueprints: targeted programs built around a specific outcome. Some are designed to help you work through pain. Others are built for sport prep, better positions, or reclaiming range you’ve lost over time.
