KINSTRETCH is mobility training, not a stretching routine. We build usable range of motion and the strength to control it, because range you can’t control doesn’t show up when you need it. This is the foundation for better positions, better mechanics, and a body that holds up under training and real life.
KINSTRETCH is based on KINSTRETCH is based on Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) principles developed by Dr. Andreo Spina. That means the work is joint-specific, progressive, and designed to improve function, not just create a temporary “loose” feeling.

KINSTRETCH: A Program For Everyone
KINSTRETCH is for people who want their body to work better. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to be an athlete. You just need to be tired of feeling limited in the same places and ready to build mobility that actually carries over.
This class is a great fit if you lift, train, or stay active and keep running into the same restrictions. Hips that won’t open up. Shoulders that make overhead work feel like a grind. Ankles that block depth. A spine that feels stiff after sitting all day. KINSTRETCH helps you build the range of motion and control to earn better positions and keep them.
It also works well if you’re not chasing performance, you just want to feel better in your day to day life. Getting up from the floor. Reaching and carrying without tension. Moving without needing a long warm-up just to feel normal. Those are mobility problems too, and they’re worth training.
This is not a relax-and-stretch class. It’s structured mobility training. You’ll work, you’ll build control, and you’ll leave with a clearer sense of what your body needs so you can train with purpose instead of constantly managing limitations.

How To Sign Up
Pick the class that matches your current goal and start building consistency. Most people do best with 2–3 classes per week at first, then keep it in their routine as the foundation that supports everything else they do.
If you feel generally tight, restricted, or beat up, start with a class. You’ll train joint motion, end-range strength, and control in a way that progresses week to week. Modifications are always available, and you don’t need to “get in shape” or “get flexible” before you show up.
If pain is the main driver, or a specific joint keeps flaring up, start with a Functional Range Assessment first. It gives you clarity on what’s limiting you and the most direct plan forward so you’re not guessing.
What to bring is simple: comfortable clothes you can move in and a water bottle. Show up as you are. We’ll handle the rest.
