KINSTRETCH is structured mobility training in a group setting. You work on joint control, end-range strength, and usable range of motion alongside others doing the same work.

The classes are progressive, not generic. You’ll understand what you’re training and why, which makes the work carry over into how you lift, move, and feel outside the gym.
