Get Assessed

Every Motive program begins here. Before we prescribe training, we need to know how your joints move, where control is missing, and what needs to be addressed first. Assessment is not a formality. It’s the information your program has to be built on to actually work.

We offer two options: the Motive Movement & Mobility Assessment for most new clients, and the full Functional Range Assessment for those who want a comprehensive joint-by-joint evaluation.

Group Mobility

Group Mobility is structured mobility training in a small group setting. Classes are built on KINSTRETCH and Functional Range Conditioning principles, so every session is focused on building real joint control and the strength to use it.

You’ll work on improving your range of motion, not just accessing it. That means progressing over time and building mobility that carries over into how you lift, move, and feel outside the gym.
