Mobility Classes in Austin
Stretching can make you feel looser. Mobility classes change what your body can actually do.
We focus on improving how your joints move, building strength in the positions you usually avoid, and giving you control over ranges of motion that actually carry into your training and daily life.
These classes are built using KINSTRETCH and Functional Range Conditioning principles, but you don’t need to know any of that to get started. You just need to show up ready to move and improve.
If you want to understand how that works, learn more about KINSTRETCH.

Built For Real Bodies, Not Just Flexibility
This isn’t a passive stretching class. It’s structured mobility training.
We focus on building usable range of motion and the strength to control it. Because range you can’t control doesn’t show up when you need it. That’s where most people stay stuck.
Each class is designed to help you move better, feel better, and train without constantly working around the same limitations.
What we train:
- Joint control so you understand what you can actually move and improve over time
- Strength in deeper positions so your body can support the ranges you’re trying to use
- Movement options that carry into lifting, sport, and everyday life

More Than Stretching: Build Mobility That Carries Over
Stretching can create a temporary feeling. Mobility training changes your capacity.
With consistency, this is what tends to change:
-
Better positions under load. Squats, hinges, presses, and pulls feel cleaner because your joints can access the positions your training requires.
-
Less recurring stiffness. You stop needing long warm-ups just to feel normal.
-
More joint resilience. Your body handles training and daily stress with fewer flare-ups.
-
Better body awareness. You learn where you’re limited and how to improve it instead of guessing.

Who These Mobility Classes Are For
These classes are for people who want their body to work better.
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to be an athlete. You just need to be tired of feeling stuck in the same places and ready to improve how you move.
This is a good fit if you:
- Lift or train and keep running into the same restrictions
- Feel tight in your hips, shoulders, ankles, or spine
- Sit for long periods and feel it when you try to move
- Want to move better without constantly managing discomfort
It also works if your goal is simple. You want to feel better day to day. Getting up from the floor, reaching, carrying, and moving without stiffness shouldn’t feel like a challenge.
This is not a relax-and-stretch class. You’ll work, you’ll build control, and you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what your body needs.

How To Start
Pick a class and start building consistency.
Most people do best with 2–3 classes per week at first, then keep it as part of their routine to support everything else they do.
If you feel generally tight or restricted, start with a class. You’ll train joint motion, strength, and control in a way that progresses over time.
If pain is the main issue or something keeps flaring up, start with a Functional Range Assessment. That gives you a clear plan so you’re not guessing.
What to bring is simple. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water. Show up as you are.
