Monday | 6:15–7:15 pm | Lower Body & Spine with Brian Murray

This class dives into hips, knees, ankles, and spinal control. If you struggle with tight hips, achy knees, or low back stiffness, this is the session to start with. It builds the foundation for squats, running, and everyday activities.

Tuesday | 5:30–6:30 pm | Full-Body (No Spine) with Stone Talamantes

Cover shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles in one balanced session. The “no spine” focus makes it ideal for those who need mobility everywhere but want to avoid heavy spinal loading. Great for active professionals and athletes.

Wednesday | 6:15–7:15 pm | Upper Body & Spine with Brian Murray

Dedicated to shoulders, elbows, wrists, and the spine. If you’re dealing with posture problems from desk work, nagging shoulder pain, or limited pressing strength, this class will change how your upper body feels and performs.

Friday | 5:00–6:00 pm | CARs & Exploratory Training with Andres Ubach

Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) are the backbone of mobility training. This class builds on that foundation with exploratory drills to expand awareness and control. It’s an excellent session for beginners and advanced movers alike.

Sunday | 10:15–11:15 am | Full-Body with Brian Cassady

Tie everything together with a full-body reset. This class hits the spine, shoulders, hips, and more, preparing you for the week ahead. It’s the perfect way to maintain consistency and build momentum.
