Stacia has always been drawn to movement. Originally from Northern California, she’s been lifting weights for over 13 years and has been training clients professionally since 2020. Strength training changed her life—it gave her confidence, balance, and a deeper understanding of what her body can do.

Her approach blends strength training, mobility work, and nutrition education to help clients feel capable, resilient, and strong in every sense of the word. She’s passionate about helping women build muscle, move well, and feel at home in their bodies—without the pressure of chasing perfection.

Over the years, Stacia has worked with a diverse range of clients, including postpartum women rebuilding their strength, individuals managing Parkinson’s, and anyone seeking to train with greater purpose. Her coaching style is supportive and intentional, with an emphasis on sustainable progress and long-term results.

At the core of her philosophy is a belief that women deserve to take up space—strong, grounded, and unapologetically themselves. She’s here to help you build strength that lasts, both inside and out.
